Sniping...

erm yeh not as good as most of you, but i'm happy with it

what kind of set up do you use sniping? i use my 3 key for steady with the extra breath perk and claymores for the sneaky ones and run and gun fuckers. right click aim down sight toggled. I make sure i lean as well. Oh, and i carry a smoke nade on the side and uav jammer.

iron-lungs, claymores, uav-jammer,
shift to hold my breath, and always find broken walls and lean/go prone so i can aim through
cracks/holes in it, then they can't see me, only thing that killed me in that game was choppers .

only i carry flash/stun grenades incase they get past my claymores,
and always have my trusty colt 1911 as a secondary.

That is not a bad score for a sniper mate, particularly on that map when you can get muppets who spawn rush through the buildings and no one is sniping on the other end. Trust me it happens, I have seen it a couple of times the past few nights alone.

I recently completed my challenges for the sniper class, so now I don't have to work for all the headshots my preferred weapon and perks are:

Rifle: R700
Side: M1911 (which I swap out for a dropped SMG or AK asap)
Nade: Smoke. Handy if you need to vacate an area quickly under fire.
Perk1: Claymore to cover entrances to my spot.
Perk2: UAV Jammer for when the spawn changes and I end up on the wrong side of map.
Perk3. Iron lungs, for obvious reasons.
