| www.ddo.comI just found this game a couple days ago and i already love it. It is Dungeons and Dragons but it is not the board game, *think of it as a free version of WoW* atleast that is what ive heard people say. If anyone wants to play ill add you as a friend and we can do quests and other missions. | |

| It's nothing like WoW ( thank frack!) its all about getting a group together and braving the dungeons, there's very little pvp and its not a true open world mmo like eq2/wow etc is Last i knew however was that DDO-Unlimited was only available to US based customers so if anyone Europe side gets it working let us know | |

Ahhh like Combat Arms when it was first launched, USA only. Guess I will find out if I can run it or not this weekend and report back. How they are working it is that DDO-Unlimited is for lack of a better way to put it, a beta test of the pay scheme they have in place, its free but i think there's stuff you can buy in-game that costs real cash, so its funded like any your average Asian free-to-play mmo If it takes off then odds are good it will make it to Europe, but from what i can gather Euopean's earn them less cash with that kind of pay system ( yes we're generally not stupid enough to pay for stuff you got for free with a subscription) so no one really knows what will happen for sure. However i have done some digging about and apparently EU players can make an account and play DDo-U, the problem is that the registration page ( dunno which one) is somewhat tetchy, lots of EU players have reported various errors when trying to make an account. Oh and incase you wondered how i know this stuff, i have 4 or 5 high lvl toons on the EU servers ( though granted my account hasn't been active for a while so they probably ain't maxed anymore hehe) so i keep track of whats happening even though i don't play just now. | |
