You should see the nacho-ish thing I just made. I was actually lacking some vitamins and crap so my doctor told me to go home and make something with a crapload of cheese and meat. I followed through. 142 chips, 19 strips of bacon, over a pound of mozzarella and extra sharp cheddar mixed. I'll post a pic of the clogginator when I can.

really/ nice...did it bust your a@@? i did 2 laps of 8 miles at a mtn bike ranch where i raced last summer....training on 14-16 miles to race on 7-8 mile races

And to think I ride Mountain Trails with my BMX
Only Right now I can only handle about a mile ..... Sad I hate having a bad back.....

I actually found that lowering my preload and rebound just alot really help. Since normal sag as you sit down is a quarter inch on the rear, I just lower it down to around a half an inch and adjust my front shocks accordingly. I actually don't bottom out that much either and the trails that I ride are pretty rough...my azz didn't get busted at all.
