Can't take a beating?

Well thats nice, after my 2nd night on your server ( and having a fairly good time ) it seems Monster-DS couldnt take getting his ass handed to him and decided to kick/tempban me.

Judging from the comments he was making i'm guessing he thinks i'm a hacker or summat ( Slaine-DS already checked me out and can probably vouch for my lack of cheats) but if this is the way you treat potential recruits and people that are generally better than you, well lets just say that its one way to ruin a reputation.

Needless to say if this IS how you treat people, i doubt i'll be signing up, which is a shame as from what i've seen DS seemed to be a fairly fun place to be.

It is always fun Here. Always has been. Now I am sure you are prepared for what happens next. Word to the wise though. Becarefull about coming here to our House running off like this. It will only lead to more problems. And all that name dropping your doing wont help. So I will now just sit back and watch.

Well it is a Concern that Many have as it was only Temp until I Review the SS this IS a Group Concern not just Mine.

Don't go Pointing Finger's if i thought for any Second you were Hacking/Cheating the Ban would be Perm i wouldn't even second guess or make a remark on the girl y post you made.

OH and when i say Group I MEAN GROUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Weather you sign up or not really means nothing to me you can or can't But when my Squad/Clan has Concerns i have to look at all Angle's of the Situation for ALL that are Involved and if my Memory is right i had made no Comments to you at all.

As for pointing fingers, i've accused no one of anything, as i was told nothing all i have to go on is speculation.

Any comments you made were the "omg no way how the hell" sorta stuff you get when ppl dont see it coming, though if i remeber correctly there was a little moaning going on in Broadcast by some peeps, but i took that as joviallity

This is not, nor is it intended to be an attack of any kind, but how else am i supposed to take the issiue up, you were the banner so it's your attention i want in order to find out why, i cant see any shame in that

Before this all gets blown out of proportion i'll just say that with all said and done it woulda been nice to have been told summat, even if it was just
"hey we think your a shifty sod so your gone till we check you out" i mean everyone else got warnings, granted they were breaking the rules, but politeness is free.

The strange this is you booted me after my worst match that evening! i mean seriously, kick a guy when he's down will ya



As for GäMë's reply, well i'm not interested in starting trouble just looking for a reason tbh, as i said in my original post, booting people willy nilly can lead to a negative impact on a clan's reputation and thats never a good thing, if you tell people why your doing it, at least they know and theres usually no fallout.

I've been gaming for a long time so i know the futility in kicking off on another squads boards and i'm not here tryig to cause problems but as i say above, how else am i supposed to take up the issiue, maybe in hindsight a pm would have been better but if as Monster says, it's a group issiue, at least here its out in the open for the whole group to see.

Maybe you should have just came on and PM'd Monster and kept it between you two. Posting it in here will no doubt just make things into an uproar because everyone else will just get involved IMO

Seems thats just what you came here to do. starting trouble. TBH We will boot who we want for w/e reason we want out of our server. Now He didnt ban you meaning it could be fixed after he had his look see. As for the negative impact on our REPUTATION.. Ummmmm I dont think so. I am sure you been Gaming awhile But we didnt just crawl out from under a Rock. I am sure we have been here longer then you 've had your computer. Again stay on point with your post.. As for taking a beating, yes I can. In fact thats how i learned to play COD4. But, when ever you see a message like this on any forum, regardless if its COD4 or Peggle, its gonna warrant a response. By posting on this forum, you then ask the question to you self, Can I take the beating thats gonna come from this? As for what Game says, Our server, our decisions. Personally, we foot the bill for this server, so we should be able to run it how we see fit.

In my opinion, you were doing well on the server. scores were good, and seemed like a nice guy. But when stuff like this happens, it makes you rethink ones opinion of people. Personally, i think its funny when I get called a hacker, and i take it as a compliment. I mean, if i can do as well as someone with artificial skill, then damn, i must be decent.

And PMs are great cause you generally dont get the public's opinions to the matter at hand. And a more appropriate title is always good, like I have a question, or Could someone please clarify for me, or even Before i open my mouth and make an ass out of myself, could you guys answer something for me?

We are mostly all Adults here, so why not have a nice chat over a cup of tea?

I will sum this up the best way i can to put it to rest quickly.

Anyone in the server that breaks the rules get's warned before they are kicked or banned I will not for any reason Explain myself for what i have done the concerns came from all Members that were playing that night.

It isn't a Question of a good or bad game or having the worst one of the night or Kicking a person when there down or even saying to a person we think your playing is shifty its a question of Protecting my Members and Server from any Possible Person or Player that concerns arise from it at that time and Moment.

why warn a Person if his playing arises concerns ~N~ thing's turn out as they do not play a Fair game then PB wouldn't really have no use then would it this way if it is found out then PB will take it's play if not the Ban will run it's Course and the Game will Continue for you.

I see your not trying to Cause Problems your looking for answers and there they are.

I will assume, as I am not in possession of all the facts of the case, that the membership you were playing with last night felt that there was something fishy about your playing Kyrpter.

Something I am sure you can probably understand as you had me checking you out the other night, of which you are well aware.

No doubt when these concerns were raised with a member of Admin Team, namely Monster, he took the appropriate action available to him at the time. Sometimes we do not have the time, nor the inclination, to immediately review screen shots, etc. particularly if we have been doing so for most of the day. The fact that you received a kick instead of a ban is evident that this is the case here. Its not the perfect solution but it is an immediate one to easing any concerns players in the server may have.

I am positive if you were administrating a server for most of the day you too at some point would get pissed off having to spectate people or review someone's screen shots every few minutes. I know I do! It gets monotonous and fecking annoying, particularly when you have only logged in to play a few games instead of doing something resembling work.

Admittedly there should of been a reason given when the kick was applied. But hey no one here is infallible, we aren't the fecking pope we are just gamers.

Now we can either put this down as a lesson learnt by the parties concerned and move on, or we could continue to bitch about it, drag it out and beat it to death. The choice is yours.

See we are easy going around here (now anyway) But dont get it twisted. The next time you come in here trying to call one of us out on any call we make and I say we.. I will be the 1st one to Rip you a new hole.. Now like Slaine Said the choice is yours. Take it or leave it Oh one last thing. Dont you ever come here again and try to pull your nuts out dissin this squad again about Rep and gracing us with your skills again.. We run in packs.. Its to many of us here. just wouldnt be fair.

As of Slaine's post s'all good, as he said we're not infalliable, and having pointed out that in hindsight i should have used the PM system i happily offer my apologies to Monster for the way things were handled.

BoB- i can see your point about how it could be considered a compliment but i've seen too many good games destroyed by cheats ( quake1, Deltaforce1 and Tribes are prime examples) so i tend not to take it that way.
As for can i take a beating? in game sure, its the best way to learn, get an ass whipping forces you to step your game up and you tend to pick up some tricks to boot, on forums? well if i wanted a flame war i would have started out aggressivly and escalated it with theats and wild accusations whereas i've been trying to keep things in perspective, calm and friendly so all in all i think it's gone fairly well.

That being said, i came for an answer and in all fairness i got one so, disregarding the last post, as far as i'm concerned, topic closed and if i'm welcome to, i'll look forward to my next foray on your server where i'm sure a gankage will occour at least once or twice.
