| Slight problem with you being under our age limit mate, though we have taken a younger member into our ranks previously he was vouched for by one of our members.
Who told you that you should join, perhaps they could vouch you as happened previously and then we can proceed with your application and stick up your poll.

| Well then its same as the last time you brought one of your grooming targets on board. If his poll is successful then he is your responsibility and you carry the can for any fcuk ups he is involved in, etc etc. You know the drill when you bring a kiddie into it, its yours and no one elses responsibility to keep the wee fecker right and in its place. Poll is up and running, we should have an answer within 24 hours cheesy. | |

Whats your opinion on the pedestrianisation of Norwich? terrible, it's causing a lot of traffic jams and congestion that i just made up this second never having been to Norwich, it also damages the economy, limiting the times local shops and businesses can order stock, and adding complexity to public transport links.

Very plausible hypothesis..

Very plausible hypothesis.. it may not even be good for the environment, because areas with higher concentration of pedestrians also experience higher concentrations of litter, which may disturb urban and migrating species of animals

I see where your coming from but generally when an area becomes pedestrianised the local ecomomy benefits, usually there may be increases in litter as you suggest but with a thriving populous in this manner theres more consideration as the enviroments normally have cleaner look.. Concerns are justified tho so i would hope that more litter desposals would be freely available and this would also create more jobs.. So the economic advantages do vary..
